PNB timings during the COVID-19 lockdown

Earlier in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, PNB Bank had to make some adjustments to its operating hours. During the lockdowns in 2020 and 2021, all PNB branches were open from 10 AM to 2 PM on working days only. This measure was put in place to help prevent the spread of Covid-19 and ensure the safety of both customers and employees. It is worth noting that these revised timings were temporary and subject to change based on government regulations and the prevailing situation.

PNB timings after the lockdown

PNB branches across the country have resumed their normal working hours, which are from 10 AM to 5 PM, every Monday to Saturday (excluding 2nd and 4th Saturdays and bank holidays). However, to ensure the safety of customers and staff, certain precautionary measures are still in place. These include wearing face masks, sanitizing hands, getting body temperature checked at the entry gate, and practicing social distancing.

To further minimize the risk of transmission, PNB encourages its customers to use online banking services, mobile banking apps, and ATMs for their banking needs. This helps reduce the number of customers visiting the branches and minimizes the risk of transmission.
