Kendrick is possibly the most lyrically potent rapper I have heard since Nas in his prime; and with the help of Dr. Dre’s production, I am sure his debut album will be a bonafide classic. 1. In 2003, Kendrick Lamar released his first mixtape titled ‘Youngest Head Nigga In Charge’ using the pseudonym K.Dot.

2. Kendrick Lamar’s ‘Recipe’ is his first single since inking a joint venture deal with Dr. Dre and Interscope Records.
