People love their ringtones, and it’s one of the easiest ways to personalize your new phone when you get it. I’ve covered Zedge several times over the past 2 years, and there’s a good reason for that… it’s the best. Zedge if full of Alerts & Ringtones, but it also has thousands upon thousands of wallpapers. Everything’s broken down neatly into categories, and you’ll more than likely be able to find the perfect ringtone, wallpaper or live wallpaper with this app. You can pick up Zedge for free on Google Play.
It’s nice to have an Android app that’s chocked full of ringtones, but it’s even better when you can make your own. That’s what you’ll get to do with Big Bang Inc’s Ringtone Maker as it lets you put any sound you like on your phone. Ringtone Maker lets you create ringtones, alarms, and notifications from many different formats, and it’s the only app out there that has Fade and Volume adjusting. It does as advertised and it does it very, very well. You can pick up Big Bang Inc’s Ringtone Maker for free on Google Play.
Ringo is an Android app from Electric Pocket that lets you set custom ringtones and SMS tones for your friends and contacts. This is one of the easier to use ringtone apps, as it’s got a nice layout and plenty of cool options. There’s a free version of Ringo you can checkout or you can pick up the full version for $2.99 that throws in some added features like caller & SMS announcing. Both versions of Ringo are available to download on Google Play.Google+
