Going to the gym is great for anyone who wants to lose weight, like myself, or for anyone who wants to get in shape. Going to the gym is an enlightening experience; you sweat, you hurt, you feel great. You plug in you’re headphones and your off to a new world. But if you’re new to the gym experience, there are some things that you do that will be embarrassing. The thought of working out in front of people you don’t know can be nerve-wracking, plus you may not know your sweat patterns. Here are ten embarrassing things that may or may not happen to you at the gym.
