Do you enjoy popping balloons? Well then I have the perfect game for you to waste your money on. It is called the Boom Boom Balloon Game.

Personally, I think the whole idea of the Boom Boom Balloon Game is a little silly. You set up this little mechanism to hold in the balloon and then you take turns pushing skewers into the balloon a little at a time. Whoever pops the balloon first loses.

When I was a kid, I was fine just sitting on balloons and popping them. I didn’t need a fancy contraption—I just needed a balloon and my butt. However, this simple game is extremely fun for kids. The anticipation as they click the skewer into place, waiting in suspense for the balloon to pop, is bound to throw them into a fit of giggles. It’s a simple idea and I’m just bitter that I never thought of it.

If you decide to purchase this game, I must warn you of a few things: the game only comes with 12 balloons, which means once you’ve played the game 12 times, you’re done. You’ll have to order replacement balloons or try to use normal balloons from the store. That’s a big bummer about the game: it’s the game that keeps on taking your money. Second, make sure that when you set up the contraption that holds the balloon in place, it is tightly put together, otherwise it will only fall apart on you.

Boom Boom Balloon is the game that will bring your family lots of fun and laughter, but that laughter will quickly die once you realize you have to spend more money in order to play with it. You can purchase it at Toys R Us for $19.99 or at Amazon for $15. Or you could save your money and just give your kid a balloon and a stick.
